Please note that the Employee discount plan does not apply to the following:
- Wireless hardware (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, watches)
- Wireless apps
- Solo mobile and Virgin mobile products and services
- Third-party billed services (e.g., 900/976 services, 911 provincial and municipal charges)
- Non-residential accounts
- Termination fees
- Accounts in collection
- Accounts paid by pre-authorized credit card
- Accounts issued via paper bill
- Retention/loyalty offers
- Acquisition offers
- Most advertised promotional offers
